What is the minimum order?
Trade pricing normally starts at 10 units of the same product. Some products have their own minimum, and a mixed order of several products can qualify too — ask and we will tell you.
Do I need a trade licence?
No. A licence helps with credit terms and VAT paperwork, but anyone ordering above the minimum quantity can ask for a wholesale price.
How long is a quotation valid?
Fifteen days by default, and the exact date is printed on it. Prices can move before then on imported goods, which is why the date is there.
Can I pay after delivery?
Part payment confirms the order and the balance is due on delivery. Regular buyers can be put on credit terms after a few orders.
Who pays for delivery?
Inside Dhaka it is usually included above a certain order value. Outside Dhaka it is quoted as a separate line, so you can see exactly what it costs.
Can I return unsold stock?
Wholesale orders are not covered by the 7-day retail return window. Faulty units are replaced under the normal product warranty.
